Nomi Reiss brings a wealth of Pastry and Fine Art experience to Roq Dessert Co. Having worked in Michelin Starred restaurants in Europe and North America, as well as receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Ontario College of Art and Design, Baking and Cake Design Diploma from the Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionery Arts, and Patisserie Diploma from Le Cordon Bleu London, in London, UK. Nomi is dedicated to merging both her Visual and Pastry Arts background to create desserts that are edible works of art.
